Professional Massage
My massage style is intuitive and rooted in anatomical & clinical knowledge—a trauma-informed, holistic manual therapy intended to relieve tension, promote nervous system regulation, mind-body integration, fluid circulation, and re-alignment of joint mechanics, so you can move through this world with more ease. You can expect a relaxing yet deep oil treatment, focusing on unwinding points of tension causing discomfort in your body’s tissues.

I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (Vernon, British Columbia) in November of 2019 before moving home and working as a Registered Massage Therapist from 2020 to 2024, first at Creston PhysioWorks & More and then out of my home studio, where I currently practice. Finding the system increasingly limiting to my self-expression, I have not renewed my registration with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC for 2025, and so my treatments are no longer reimbursed by benefits under massage therapy. I am still offering professional, intuitive massage in Creston, BC, backed by my medical education and clinical experience, for $80/60 mins or $120/90 mins. If you’re interested in working together or have any questions, I’m happy to offer a free consultation in my private workspace.
